Notice on AI processing

When you send a question, your message and up to six previous messages in this conversation are sent to the IONOS AI Model Hub to generate a reply. Please do not enter credentials, personal data or confidential information.

The conversation is temporarily kept in a PHP session on our server so that you can continue it. Starting a “New conversation” or reloading the page removes this history. Automatic cleanup of remaining session files depends on the server configuration. This application does not maintain a permanent chat archive.

To protect against automated requests, we host ALTCHA ourselves. Your browser solves a short-lived computational challenge, which our server verifies. All required scripts, challenges and verification are provided by this website. No data is sent to ALTCHA or an external CAPTCHA service. There is no external tracking or additional fingerprinting or behavioural analysis. Challenges are briefly stored in the existing PHP session to bind them to the session and prevent reuse. Only after successful verification is the AI request sent separately to the AI service.

To limit requests, time windows, counters and a value derived from your IP address using a secret key are temporarily stored in pseudonymous form. Hourly and minute counters are replaced on the next access after their time window expires. Challenges are valid for at most five minutes and are removed after use; remaining session data is subject to PHP session cleanup. The service uses a technical session cookie. Web servers may keep additional access logs.

We use the IONOS AI Model Hub for AI replies. Your message, up to six previous chat messages and our IT help instructions are processed over an encrypted connection. According to IONOS, AI processing takes place at its Berlin data centre in Germany. IONOS describes the service as stateless: inputs and replies are discarded after processing and are not used for model training. Technical service logs may be processed for operations, troubleshooting and support. We do not use document collections or additional AI storage services.
